INVITATION to the Festival of social entrepereneurship

Kindly invited to the Festival of social entrepreneurship, which is the closing event of Erasmus + project My idea, my future: furthering social entrepreneurship in rural area.

 

The festival combines an international conference, a round table and Social entrepreneurship market.

 

Manual "My Idea, My Future: the First Steps to Social Entrepreneurship" and the mobile application "My idea, my future" have been created within the project, which will be presented at the festival for the first time.

 

The main part of the event is the round table: Challenges and Traps of Social Entrepreneurship in rural area, starting at 11.30. The participants at the round table are Tadej Slapnik, State Secretary in the Cabinet of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, dr. Karmen Pažek from the Faculty of Agriculture and Biosystems; Lea Cipot, founder of the social enterprise Zavod korak korak, and Goran Miloševič, director of the Korenica Eco-social Farm. The discussion will be moderated by Tadej Buzeti.

 

Social enterprises from Slovenia, Italy and France will also be presented at the festival. Students at the Faculty of Agriculture and Biosystem Sciences will present social and entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities in the field of agriculture.

 

The project aims to improve the situation of young people in rural areas, i.e. their social, economic, economic and social status. Encouraging young people to develop entrepreneurial ideas and the first steps in social entrepreneurship can be an effective approach to reducing youth unemployment and creating a new employment perspective not only at regional but also at national and European levels.

 

The project partnership is composed of organizations from Slovenia, Italy and France.
